Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vyral Reels ("Vyral Reels", "we", "us"), including the website, dashboard, and video-generation service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vyral Reels turns a text prompt or script into a finished, captioned vertical video using automated script writing, text-to-speech voiceover, and image/video generation. Each finished video consumes one credit from your plan's monthly allowance.

We continuously improve the Service, including the underlying AI providers, and may change features, credit allowances, or pricing with reasonable notice.

You must provide a valid email to create an account and are responsible for activity that happens under it. Keep your login credentials secure and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Vyral Reels.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor (Stripe) and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.

New subscribers get a 14-day free trial on their first paid plan; a payment method is collected at signup but you are not charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. Cancelling after the trial has converted to a paid subscription stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, but that period is not refunded.

You are only charged a credit for a video once it finishes rendering successfully; failed renders are automatically refunded. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the prompts, scripts, and any custom images you provide, and of the finished videos Vyral Reels generates for you. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any script or image you upload.

You grant Vyral Reels a limited license to store and process your input and output solely to provide and improve the Service. We don't sell your content.

Videos generated on the Free plan may not be resold or sublicensed as a standalone product; paid-plan videos are yours to use commercially, including on your own social channels.

Vyral Reels is a content-generation tool for creators in any niche. Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publication. financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and Vyral Reels is not a licensed financial advisor. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any content you publish, including adding appropriate disclosures where your audience or local regulations require them.

You agree not to use Vyral Reels to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or publicity rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service (including circumventing credit limits or rate limits).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Vyral Reels relies on third-party providers to deliver the Service, including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Replicate, Pexels/Pixabay, AWS (Remotion Lambda rendering), Supabase, and Stripe. Their availability, output quality, and terms may affect the Service, and we are not liable for outages or issues originating from these providers.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vyral Reels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or if required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
